AJ's Rustic Pizza Co.

First and foremost we are a family run business with a combined 30 years of hospitality experience. I personally started working in kitchens at the age of 14 washing plates and soon fell love in with the passion and discipline of the trade. Over the years i have worked in many Gastro pubs and fine dining rosette restaurants, specialising in foraged herbs and nose to tail cooking with wild and local ingredients.

My brother, who is also a passionate chef (and modestly multi-award winning), has helped us develop the dough recipe - a process which has caused us all to pile on the pounds during lock down. We are now so excited to share this with you and give something back to our NHS heroes at the same time. We have family on the front line doing an amazing job and wanted to use our skills to support them however we can.
